Born and raised on a farm in Delaware, Brad has a deep connection to hard work and community. With 22 years of experience in the construction industry, he began his journey in homebuilding with a passion for creating quality homes that stand the test of time. In early 2022, he took the leap to start his own homebuilding business, and in just a few years, he has successfully built over 30 homes.

Brad’s Christian faith plays a central role in both his personal and professional life, guiding his values and interactions in every business decision. He is dedicated to fostering an organization that not only builds homes but also uplifts individuals, providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have a chance, whether through employment or the ability to purchase property.

In addition to his work, Brad is an active member of the Seaford community, currently serving on the Planning and Zoning Committee for the City. He has been happily married since 2007 to his beautiful wife Amanda, and together they have two children and a dog.Brad is committed to building a business and a community where everyone can thrive and grow, staying true to the values of integrity, faith, and service.
